distant restaurant constant noise
The hotel did not tell me the main restaurant was in another building. I needed to cross a busy road to reach the restaurant. The road was hard to cross because drivers ignored the crosswalk. The noise from machinery outside room 121 was constant. the hotel cut off my bracelet at check-out.

clean room convenient location
The room was cleaned daily. Mahmoud Gamea, the housekeeping manager, kept the room very tidy (he did a great job). The hotel location is really convenient.
The a-la-carte restaurant was difficult to book and only available once for free.

Charmed by the hospitality

staff kindness free upgrade
I was very pleased by the staff kindness. Mr Hamdy at reception upgraded our room for free and it was such a nice gesture.
I noticed that there is no restaurant located directly in this particular hotel. Every time I needed to eat I had to cross the road, which can be inconvenient. Egyptian traffic is not always respectful of pedestrian crossings so you must be careful.

Our one-bedroom apartment pool view included daily water replenishment and very kind housekeeping services. The room also had comfortable beds and effective air conditioning which was perfect for the hot weather. I found the space adequate for a family.

I enjoyed the resort's aqua park with entertainment for all ages. Access to all three resorts provided multiple pools and beach access. My children particularly enjoyed the water slides and heated pools.

The location is nice with access to multiple beaches and nearby attractions. The hotel is positioned well, so getting to local markets or other points of interest is not difficult. Transportation options are readily available just outside the resort.

The inclusive meal plan was a very nice addition I did not expect. The buffet offered a large variety of options that changed daily. There were many choices with fresh fruits, vegetables, and various main courses.
